This expansive single-storey-profile multi-unit building presents five side-by-side residential units beneath a broad hip roof clad in terracotta tiles. The rendered exterior combines smooth white stucco upper walls with a continuous horizontal band of stacked-stone cladding at the lower ground level, creating a grounded, layered facade visible in both the daytime and night renders. Warm timber-toned entry doors anchor each unit's street presence, while an upper continuous balcony running the full facade width is finished with slim metal-framed glass panel railings — a detail that reads cleanly as contemporary. The first-floor plan reveals five near-identical repeating unit layouts arranged in a row.
