The Oxford Row House is a three-story urban infill residence clad in red brick with white-trimmed sash windows and a classical entry door with transom light and wall lantern. The front elevation rises approximately 31 feet from average grade to roof level, presenting a composed, symmetrical façade with paired double-hung windows on each floor and a chimney at the roofline — all visible in both the render and the front elevation drawing. The building section reveals a clear vertical organization: a basement utility level housing washer, dryer, standing sink, water heater, and electric meter; a first-floor living zone with dining area, kitchen, and living room; a second floor containing the bathroom and stair landing; and a third floor accommodating the two bedrooms. A rear single-story addition — labeled in the section as a new rear addition — extends the first-floor footprint and connects to a covered outdoor dining area visible in the section drawing. The rear elevation documents a skylight positioned at the second-floor roofline of the addition, supplementing natural light into the interior stair and bathroom zone. The crawlspace below the rear addition and the slab-on-grade area noted in the basement plan round out a practical, well-documented structural arrangement suited to a narrow urban lot.
